Pete’s Sports Return Policy
Pete’s Sports offers a 30 day Refund/Exchange policy for most products (special order merchandise may not be included). All items for exchange or refund must be returned in new condition, complete with all packaging materials. Any product returned incomplete will either be refused or the refund amount will be reduced accordingly. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is necessitated by our error. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Your shipment should be checked upon receipt. Any shortage or damage should be reported immediately and no later than 14 days from receipt. Defective goods will be replaced with a like item, upon return of the defective merchandise.
Please contact us prior to shipping Return/ Exchange Products. All products for return and exchange must be assigned a Product Return Number and must include a copy of the invoice. They must be shipped prepaid with full insurance. Credit card refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the returned product.
